Is credit card payment safe?

Of course! We collect credit card payments through the most reliable and popular international services (such as PayPal) or leading Italian banks. All these systems use SSL technology to encrypt and secure your transaction. Our company does not collect or store your credit card information. Paying by credit card on a website with a secure server is much less (potentially) "risky" than paying in a store or restaurant!

Which credit cards are accepted?

Usually VISA and MASTERCARD, possibly also AMERICAN EXPRESS, if payment is made through PayPal.

It is not possible to use "Electron" type credit cards.

Conditions on VAT calculation

Do Item Prices include VAT?

No, all prices are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise expressly stated), which will be entered and calculated in the Order.

How to make a payment

How do I pay for the Order?

At the bottom of the Cart, the payment method associated with your Customer Profile is clearly displayed, usually Credit Card or Bank Transfer. It is not possible to pay by any other means.

Orders must be paid by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the payment method assigned to you. For bank transfers, our bank details are published at the bottom of the Order.

Payment usually occurs in a second phase, after order confirmation, to allow us to calculate the most economical and efficient shipping costs and communicate them within 24/48 hours of receiving the Order Request.

At that point it will be possible to pay for the Order, including shipping, by Credit Card (simply by clicking on a link) or by making a Bank Transfer.

Return one or more products

Can I return the products I purchased?

If you are dissatisfied with the products you purchased, either because you reasonably find a noticeable difference between the product and its description in our catalog, or because there is a genuine defect, you have the right to return the goods (or part thereof) and obtain a refund or a full replacement. Please read the following carefully: - Before returning one, some, or all of the products you purchased, please contact us, specifying as precisely as possible the reason for your decision to return the products and sending us clear images showing the damage. Generic or unreasonable reasons will not be accepted: this is a "business-to-business" transaction involving a wholesale sale. - You will be able to return the products AFTER receiving our written confirmation. All communications from us will be via email. - The purchase amount will be refunded, not the shipping costs (or any taxes). - You must pay the return shipping costs. - The products must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned with their original packaging and labels/tags. If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to refund or replace the products. - We will decide whether to refund or replace the returned products. In case of replacement, the shipping costs will be covered by us. If replacement products are available, the entire process will take approximately seven (7) days or more. If they are not available, we will let you know the estimated delivery time. More: - Our products are usually packaged in sturdy boxes to avoid any reasonable damage during transportation. We are not responsible for any damage due to the negligence of the shipper or other external factors, although this is an extremely rare occurrence. - All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. In the extremely rare case, one or more products received are damaged or damaged (not due to transportation problems, meaning the original box and packaging must be intact), please take some photos clearly showing the damage and send them to us. If the damage is due to our fault, we will refund you or replace the products free of charge, including shipping costs. We will be fully entitled to decide between refund and replacement.

Cancellation of orders

Can I cancel an Order?

Yes, but only if it has not yet been confirmed by one of our operators. In this case, simply go to the "Order History" section of the E-Commerce platform and click the red X to the far right of the order line. If the red X is not visible, it means that the order has already been confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Are the products on sale truly made in Italy?

All our products are made in Italy, using the finest materials and accessories. If any of our products are not Made in Italy, it will be noted in bold in the product description.

Shipping

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via our trusted couriers Bartolini or UPS. Delivery times are approximately 1 business day for shipments within Italy and 2 business days for the Italian islands. Delivery times for European countries are approximately 3-4 business days and 6-7 business days for international shipments. Shipping costs are usually calculated after your order is accepted, finding the best rates. You will receive the cost via email with an order update, so you can pay the total amount (goods and shipping).

If automatic shipping calculation is enabled on our platform, they will be automatically added to your order (sometimes with the option to choose from more than one shipping option), allowing you to proceed with payment immediately.

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs are usually NOT included. If they are not included or if there are special promotions, a notification will be highlighted within the order and in your confirmation email. After confirming your order, you will receive a notification with the shipping costs and can pay the full amount of the order (goods and shipping) using the payment methods indicated. Alternatively, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added to the order total, so you can proceed with payment immediately.

  • Free shipping to Italy for orders over €300.
  • Free shipping to Europe for orders over €800.

How should I handle my usernames and passwords?

Your username and password are important data that must be kept safe and secure. They allow you to access this e-commerce platform, modify your data, and access specific information, such as your order history. How do you manage Cookies and Tracking?

This e-commerce platform uses cookies (which must be enabled in your browser) to collect statistical information and access settings, which have no bearing on your personal information. None of this information is recorded in the cookie files. How to buy on our site

  • Registration

Registration is required to view prices, place orders, and manage shipments. Click "Register" in the top right corner and enter your company information and VAT number.

  • Put in order

You can then order. To view and browse the products, simply navigate through the category tree on the home page. Then, choose and add the products you like and the quantities you want to add to your cart.

  • Order Confirmation

Once you've added the products to your cart, to proceed and complete your order, simply click "Cart" in the top right corner. Then click:

  • "Order"
  • "Order Confirmation"
  • "Pay Now"
